If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees)

Please note: If returned items are worn, soiled, or in an altered condition upon receiving, then the refund may be denied. Items returned in error or that do not meet the return policy requirements for a refund will not be returned.

Refund/order payment will be returned back to your original form of payment (Visa, Master Card, etc.) and may take 7 to 10 business days to process. Please note: Your refund can take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank statement to reflect the refund.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable if items are damaged or incorrect (see Damaged Goods, Shipping Error or Manufacturing Defects Statement below).

If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact customer service for resolution.

We do not accept exchanges. You may return items for a refund (excluding shipping fees) and place a new order for desired items.

If items arrive damaged or in error, we apologize for the inconvenience. Damaged items or incorrect orders, shipping fees will be fully refunded. Just print your FREE SHIPPING LABEL and return it within 30 days.

First, you will need to ship your items back to our Athlos Warehouse.

Second, the return package slip, that is included in your original package should be filled out and included with your return.

The return address is provided at the bottom of the packing slip, should customers choose alternative shipping services.
