Why Uniforms?


When students all wear the same clothing every day at school, it levels out the playing field and children of all socioeconomic backgrounds begin from the same starting point. Creating a standard promotes the idea that we are all the same.

Creating Cohesion

Children come together from different backgrounds and can immediately identify a fellow member of their school from the clothes that they wear - creating a sense of cohesion and commonality.

Personal Growth

With their school colors on, children can immediately be recognized at a distance as a members of that school.

Uniforms can also reduce distractions during school and keep students focused on their studies.

Spirit Wear Available

We still strive to allow students to express themselves with their clothing through our offered spirit wear!

Feel good in sporting your school's mascot during school events, games, etc. We strive to create togetherness and belonging among all our students in ways that stretch far beyond our school uniforms!

Ordering Tips:

What size should I order?

We strongly encourage all families to use the size samples that are located at your school. Please contact the school office to make arrangements to see these samples. Before ordering, be sure to review the size charts. 

Can my child wear anything to school that is on the Athlos Apparel site?

Your school has its own dress code, which may limit what your child is allowed to wear. Please check with your school office for more details.

Does Athlos Apparel offer a discount?

We are sensitive to the need for an affordable uniform and have worked to keep the price as low as possible. Athlos is excited to provide a uniform that is offered at a lower cost than most school uniforms. Because we have low prices year-round, we do not offer discount codes. If you need further assistance with uniform costs, please contact your school for additional programs or assistance information.

When can I/should I order uniforms?

The Athlos Apparel store is available and open for ordering year-round. If you are placing an order for the new school year, we suggest ordering a month before school starts to allow plenty of time for delivery and returns, if needed.

Should I create an Athlos Apparel Account?

When checking out, you have the option of checking out as a guest, checking out with an existing account or creating a new account. If you do not already have an account, we encourage you to create one. You will be able to log into your account, see details of your current and previous orders, and re-order items.

Can I use our mascot or Athlos A to make my own apparel?

Kindly be advised that our Athlos A logo and school mascots constitute intellectual property and have been both trademarked and copyrighted. Any replication, imitation, or usage of our logo and mascots, either in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Athlos Academies Headquarters. We kindly request that our logo and mascots not be utilized for the creation of any form of apparel. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Checkout best practices:

Step 5 of checkout is the Order Confirmation step. Please double check all the items in your cart to be sure they are the correct size, style and color. Also, double check your name and address. Once you submit your order, it will be final.

Issues During/After Checkout:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be packed and ready for shipment in 1-2 business days. The time it takes once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. An email with tracking information is generated with every order. Please click the tracking link provided to follow your package.

Please note that if orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. (GMT-6), you're item(s) will not be filled or shipped until the following Monday.

I am having problems with the website and purchasing items...

Most issues can be solved by using a different internet browser. If you are using Internet Explorer try using Firefox or Chrome. You can also try restarting your computer. If this doesn’t help and the problem continues email us by using the Contact Us link.

I made a mistake when putting in my address...

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and include the address as it was entered, as well as what it should be corrected to. If your order has not yet been fully processed and shipped, we will change your address. Unfortunately, if the order has already been fully processed and shipped, we will be unable to make a change. The order will be sent back to us, and we will process it as a return. We will refund all the items in the order, but cannot refund shipping costs.

I made a mistake on my order; I need to change an item size/color...

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of what size or color need to be changed. We are only able to change the size or the color; we are unable to change the type of item as this will change the total purchase price of your order. We will be unable to change the item if the order has been fully processed and shipped.

I made a mistake on my order; I need to add/remove an item...

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to add or remove an item once you have placed your order. If you need to add an item, please place another order. If you ordered an item you do not intend to keep, please use our return process to receive a refund.

After Receiving Your Order:

How do I wash/care for uniform items?

Please check the care label for each item. However, for most of the items we offer, we recommend the following:

    • Machine wash cold gentle cycle with like colors.
    • Use mild detergent and remove immediately.
    • Do not bleach or use fabric softner.
    • Tumble dry on low.
    • Use a cool iron if needed.
    • Do not dry clean.

What if an item in my order was damaged in shipping or has a defect?

If goods arrive damaged, in error, or have a manufacturing defect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact customer service by email or at 208-519-4038 within 14 days of receiving shipment to reorder or be reimbursed.

If you have not received a confirmation email that your order has been sent out, and it has been more than three business days since you placed your order, please contact customer service for more information.

If your purchase was completed with an invalid or un-deliverable address, it will be sent back to Athlos Apparel. Your order will be processed as a return and all items will be refunded, except for the shipping cost. Read more about our Return Policy.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Do you allow exchanges?

See our Return Policy.The customer is responsible for shipping items back to Athlos Apparel. You can use any carrier and method you prefer, although we suggest sending it with tracking. The return package slip, that is included in your original package, should be filled out and included with your return. Please make note of the new return address and use the address below, even if it is different than the one on the return slip you received. The return address is at the bottom of the package slip and is:

How do I make a return?

What if I return something that doesn't meet requirements in the return and refund Policy

Please read the Return Policy carefully, and if you have any questions or are unsure if we will accept an item, contact us. We are happy to help with any return questions. If we receive a return that is worn, washed, altered, or not in new condition, we are unable to make a refund. The item will not be returned to you.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns may take 7-10 business days to process. Your refund can take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank statement to reflect the refund. Please see our Return Policy.
